Using Passly

Passly helps you study for the Italian driving theory exam. You can use it for your own personal study.

Your account

One account is for one person. Keep your email safe, because anyone with access to it can sign in. You can delete your account at any time from Profile.

Please don't

Copy or resell Passly's content, try to break or overload the app, use it to send spam, or use automated tools to collect its content. We may close accounts that do this.

Content

The exam questions, official answers and quiz pictures come from the Ministero question bank. Passly's lessons, drawings, explanations and design belong to Passly.

AI answers

Explanations and Ask Passly are written by AI and can be wrong. The official answer always comes from the Ministero bank.

Payments

If you buy anything in Passly, the price and refund rules are shown before you pay. Your rights as a consumer under EU and Italian law always apply.

No guarantee

We work hard to keep Passly correct and online, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, or that you will pass the exam. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by using Passly.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. If the change is important, we tell you in the app. These terms follow Italian law.
